Produced by Jim Albritton | More than 2,300 runners took to the streets of Jackson, Mississippi in 2011 for the 4th Annual Mississippi Blues Marathon. The event celebrated Mississippi's blues heritage and honored its favorite son--Elvis Presley--on his birthday.
