The Ross Barnett Reservoir hosts the Outdoor Expo presented by the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks, April 29 and 30, at Old Trace Park in Ridgeland. The free two-day event, held along side the BassMaster Elite Series pro bass fishing tournament is kid friendly, featuring an archery range, a casting competition, fishing demonstrations, wildlife exhibits and great entertainment, plus arts, crafts and food.
